They were like dark, heavy clouds that clouded her view of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They prevented her from clearly recognizing the beauty and opportunities that were available to her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In your career: Overcoming self-doubt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Helena works in a modern company, but despite her successes, she has always felt like a fraud. The belief&nbsp;<strong><em>\u201e&quot;I&#039;m not good enough.&quot;\u201c&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>paralyzed her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One day she decided to do this <a href=\"https:\/\/anja-deilmann.coach\/negative-glaubenssaetze-aufloesen\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">destructive thoughts<\/a> to question things. This gave rise to a new and <a href=\"https:\/\/fidertas-awareness.com\/en\/unsicherheit-selbstzweifel-ueberwinden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">self-confident<\/a> Helena Platz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In her relationship with her mother: Breaking old ties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her relationship with her mother was strained and the source of many negative beliefs.&nbsp;<strong><em>\u201e&quot;Nobody really loves me.&quot;\u201c<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;was an echo of the emotional distance Helena had felt as a child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The disproportionately high <a href=\"https:\/\/fidertas-awareness.com\/en\/unzufrieden-mit-sich-selbst\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Expectations<\/a> and the mother&#039;s overprotectiveness made things more difficult <a href=\"https:\/\/fidertas-awareness.com\/en\/mutter-tochter-beziehung-als-erwachsene\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Adult relationship<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To break this cycle, she initiated open conversations with her mother. The discussions weren&#039;t always easy, but they helped both of them heal old wounds and clear up misunderstandings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Helena learned to see the love of her mother, which had always been there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Partnering with Alex: Dare to trust<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201e&quot;I can&#039;t trust anyone.&quot;\u201c<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;This belief had prevented Helena from fully committing to Alex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her fear of being hurt was immense. Our thought patterns work similarly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if they don&#039;t serve our needs, they give us a sense of security. They are familiar and predictable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leaving the beaten path <a href=\"https:\/\/fidertas-awareness.com\/en\/die-wahrheit-ueber-fehlenden-erfolg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">It requires courage<\/a> and energy. It means to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zeitblueten.com\/news\/komfortzone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">to pose challenges<\/a> and to explore the unknown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fear of the unknown<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our brains are programmed to avoid risks.
