Dadurch verst\u00e4rken wir die positiven Aspekte in unserem Leben. Ein Dankbarkeits- und Erfolgsjournal ist ein kraftvolles Werkzeug, um den positiven Dingen mehr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dranbleiben-erfolgsjournal.de\/blogs\/erfolgsjournal-blog\/erfolgsjournal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Raum zu geben<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Dankbarkeitsjournal sollte, entgegen einem normalen Tagebuch, frei von negativen Emotionen sein und dient ausschlie\u00dflich dazu, Dankbarkeit in unserem Leben zu kultivieren. Es hilft uns dabei, bewusster und zufriedenstellender zu leben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch t\u00e4gliche Reflexion erkennen wir schnell, dass unser Leben voller Segnungen und positiver Erlebnisse ist. Wir reflektieren, was gut gelaufen ist, welche wunderbaren Momente wir erlebt haben, welche guten Taten wir vollbracht haben und welche Erkenntnisse wir gewonnen haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-was-konntest-du-reflektieren\"><strong>Was k\u00f6nntest du reflektieren?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Drei Dinge, f\u00fcr die ich dankbar bin.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Welche wunderbaren Erlebnisse habe ich heute gehabt?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Welche gute Tat habe ich heute vollbracht?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Was habe ich heute erfolgreich vollbracht oder dazugelernt?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein weiterer Vorteil eines Kurz-Tagebuchs und Erfolgsjournals ist die schnelle und einfache Umsetzung. Es erfordert nur wenige Minuten t\u00e4glich, um diese wertvolle \u00dcbung durchzuf\u00fchren. Ein Tagebuch erm\u00f6glicht uns Frauen, unsere Gedanken und Gef\u00fchle zu reflektieren und unsere Ziele zu visualisieren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Reflexion k\u00f6nnen wir strategische Schritte planen und den Fokus auf die Dinge legen, die uns wichtig sind.
