Since my youth, I've had self-doubt, especially regarding my body and appearance. I constantly compared myself to others and tried to meet their beauty standards.
But when I began to develop my own definition of beauty, lightness and joy of life returned.
Steffen
Throughout my management career, I often tried to meet the expectations of my superiors. But this conformity made me unhappy. In the end, I found myself making more decisions based on theirs than trusting my own judgment.
When I found the courage to follow my own path, I found happiness in my job. I now live out my talents and life goals much more consciously.

Analysis of your personality
To find your inner strength, you need to understand your personality. Start by examining your Character traits, Life motives and skills.
Many people are afraid of such a "test". But it's not a test in the traditional sense, but rather a procedure for analyzing characteristics of your personality.
During a Intelligence test Personality analyses, which reveal performance differences between individuals, help to better understand individual strengths and weaknesses. This diagnostic approach puts your personality into words, as far as current scientific methods allow.
Such analyses make a valuable contribution to your personal and professional development.
Our experience – personality analyses
Steffen
I've encountered many personality tests in financial consulting and coaching. For beginners, I found "typological" analyses helpful. These divide us into basic types and categories.
However, I believe that every person possesses a unique mix of different characteristics. We don't fit into rigid categories.
Therefore, we use "dimensionality-based" methods. These reveal your personality as it truly is – unique and fascinating like a fingerprint.
Julia
Initially, I was skeptical of such tests. Some industries use them in a rather negative way, to influence people's (purchasing) behavior.
Through intensive study of dimension-based analysis, I realized that it's not about having a "correct" personality. Rather, the goal is to understand myself better and to work specifically on my behavior.
External stimuli (people, statements, or situations) and internal stimuli (thoughts and feelings) often collide with our "black box"—the brain. This leads to patterns of thought and feeling. These, in turn, trigger automatic reactions such as anger, sadness, and fear.
Today I can better regulate my behavior and emotions. I've identified and resolved many emotional triggers. And I've also found my own style.
Reflection questions to help you understand yourself better
- What are your greatest strengths or skills and how do you use them in everyday life?
- Which character traits best describe you?
- Does your typical behavior have a positive or negative impact on your work and your relationship?
- Can you handle stress and pressure well?
- How do external influences affect your thoughts and feelings?
- What kind of behavior from other people do you find hardest to cope with?
- How can you better regulate your emotions?
- In which activities do you lose track of time? When are you in a "flow state"?
